Helping you feel better — with nature & truth

in whatever form actually works for you.

I’m here to share what’s helped me feel better — whether that’s through nature, honest conversation, or simple practices that actually make a difference.

I don’t claim to have all the answers because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s deeply personal, and your path will look different from mine.

But here’s what I’ve learned: sometimes all it takes is a little guidance, a gentle nudge, or someone who’s been around the block to walk alongside you.

That’s what I’m here for — to share what’s worked for me, hold space for your experience, and help you find what actually sticks.

Think of me as that friend who reminds you that being human means you’re allowed to feel—really feel it all. Sometimes, all it takes is slowing down enough to press your feet into the grass and soak up a little sunshine.

That simple moment can be exactly what you need :)

Meet Healing with Nature

To me, psychedelics support both the mind and spirit—facilitating neural rewiring and expanded states of consciousness. The somatic aspect acknowledges the body’s crucial role in healing, helping to anchor and embody those insights. It’s about integrating the psychedelic experience through the full mind-body-spirit system, so the transformation isn’t just cognitive—it’s lived.

  • Microdosing is the practice of taking very small, sub-perceptual amounts of a psychedelic substance—like mushrooms—intentionally and rhythmically. The dose is so low, you’re not tripping or escaping your body; you’re actually becoming more present in it. Together, we’ll explore how this gentle shift in perspective can help open the heart, calm the nervous system, and create space for clarity and healing—without losing touch with your day-to-day.

  • This is what most people think of as a “psychedelic journey,” but we’ll approach it with reverence, not rush. A medicine journey is a ceremonial experience with a sacred plant or fungi, done with intention, support, and deep listening. It’s not about seeing wild visuals—it’s about seeing yourself more clearly. Together, we’ll honor the medicine as a mirror and a teacher, walking slowly and safely as you remember who you really are.

  • Your breath is your portal. Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing patterns to move energy, release emotion, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Whether it’s soft and nurturing or deeper and more activating, breathwork helps you access states of clarity, release, and presence—no substances needed. We'll let your breath lead, one inhale at a time.

  • Bodywork is any hands-on or movement-based practice that helps the body release tension and restore balance. It’s not about “fixing” the body—it’s about listening to it. Your body holds stories, and through bodywork, we help them speak, soften, and shift.

  • This is where we meet the unseen. Energy clearing works with the subtle layers of your being—emotion, thought, memory, spirit. You don’t need to “understand” how it works for it to work; energy moves where love goes. We’ll approach it with curiosity and trust, tuning into your field and allowing stuckness to dissolve in its own time.

I’m ready to embrace this opportunity for healing.

When you’re ready, fill this out. Afterwards, I’ll follow up to share potential options to explore.
